Meal Prep ideas 1/22

Meatless week learning! Okay, truth be told I failed at the whole week thing, but I did last til Friday. I did learn that that tofu is not terrible and I will be incorporating more meatless meals into my diet. I am also cutting dairy, that’s just a random side note but yea.

I’m still fasting, but if you want some good breakfast meal ideas go to fitmencook.com. Kevin has some great ideas, also he’s a longhorn.

Breakfast

Water. Prayer.

Lunch 

I think I’m going to keep it simple. I’m making chicken and brown rice with cauliflower and broccoli. Check out this recipe from fitmencookbb

I’m gonna make some changes though. I ‘m going to add ginger and chopped pepper. This is simple and easy. I suggest prepping extra extra chicken for the mid week  change up.

It’s cold, so I think I’m gonna make a dump soup.

Chicken, black beans, sweet potatoes, kale. Using low-sodium chicken broth.

 

 

Dinner

I’ll be making low-carb shepherd’s pie. Mainly so I can use the rest of my cauliflower from last week. This week should be a great week. I.m excited.
